WHY IS NOT WARM YET?  Well when it is, you can be sure that our roof and patio will be open and ready for you to come get your first sun burn of the year.  Until then, Citizen is a great place for for a laid back dinner for two, an evening of watching Bulls basketball or Blackhawks hockey or maybe just leaving work early for some drinks with your co-workers. DJs spin rock, modern/classic hip hop, Top 40 hits/mash-ups Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. While taking advantage of our intimate atmosphere, be sure to enjoy our many made-from-scratch menu items that are prepared fresh daily. We work hard to step up the quality of classic American bar food.  New specialty pizzas, sandwiches and other food items are available daily on our ever-changing Chalkboard. Our friendly atmosphere makes Citizen a great place to be this spring.
